We have you covered, under our  “Construction and Development Department”, we offer/ construct homes that are tailor made to clients desires and expectations.

Starting from finding you land that is legally documented, with in Kampala metropolitan or upcountry for people looking at retirement , you can as well decide to choose from our well established estates. After finding land or if you already have your own land, we sit together and bring your dream home into reality and on paper, inform of architectural drawings and visual impressions.

Then after you accept the architectural drawings and construction plan, we produce the Bill of Quantities(BOQ) outlining all required materials, expenses and time frame to the deliver a finished project.

Then after you accept the BOQ, we proceed to get the construction permits from the authority  and upon approval from the authority , we start site preparation and actual construction of your Dream Home until we deliver a well finished property as expected to call Home.
